RETURN POLICY
In-store & in-store pick-up are all final sale. This means that once you complete your order, there are NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES. To ensure that you're 100% satisfied, we highly recommend trying on your garment before leaving.
LOCAL PICK UP TERMS
SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We DO NOT process or ship orders during weekends or holidays. Please note that our normal processing time may be extended during sale periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
U.S SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is available for most countries. Please be advised that shipping times are just estimates and customs may cause delays. PurpleGlassBoutique.com isn't responsible for additional fees and/or customs fees. We will not issue a refund if there are additional fees applied to retrieving your order based on custom fees imposed by your country.
Pre-Order Shipping is specified on the specific product and this is an estimate. The date provided is when your order is scheduled to ship from our Orlando Florida Store.
Refused or Wrong address
If you refuse the package or If you provide the wrong mailing address we will attempt to contact you once via email provided at checkout once. Then we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee.
You will need to pay for the item to be reshipped. The reason you will have to pay is that this wasn't our error and the United States Post service charges a fee.
