Returns Policy for online orders only

PurpleGlassBoutique accepts exchanges within 3 days of orders receipt. NO REFUND

* We will credit your account on our website with your store credit . This credit will be for the item purchased minus  the shipping charged. This code never expires.


All other unworn/ unaltered merchandise can be gladly exchanged and store credit provided. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of your receiving date. Credit will NOT be issued for garments worn beyond the initial try or for garments that have been damaged, stained, misused, soiled, washed, or altered in any way. To avoid damaging or staining a garment, please do not wear any lotions, powders, body oils or perfumes.

We do NOT make exceptions to this policy.


Please notify us within 24hrs of receipt if item is damage and email a picture to If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, will reimburse the return shipping charges and replace the item.


Return shipping paid by buyer, unless we provide you with an authorization number or Pre-Paid label.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt and provide us with the tracking number.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International Shipping is available for most countries. Please be advise, shipping times are just estimates and customs may cause delay. isn't responsible for additional fees and/or custom fees. We will not refund.

Pre-Order Shipping is specified on the specific product and this is an estimate . The date provided is when your order is scheduled to ship from our Orlando Florida Store.


Refused or Wrong address


If you refuse the package or If you provide the wrong mailing address we will attempt to contact you once via email prodvided at checkout once.  Then we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee.

You will need to pay for the item to be reshipped. The reason you will have to pay is because this wasnt our error and the United States Post service charges a fee.  






Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking number via email automatically.
